Marin has lived in Vermont for the past 16 years, but has experienced life in a variety of locations and environments.  She grew up in the Connecticut suburbs, attended college in Washington, DC, and spent several years in a growing northern Virginia before landing in rural Corinth.  Experience with a broad mix of people, lifestyles, and real estate enables her to work well with a variety of residential property types and transactions.  Marin's goal is to make the buying and selling processes as seamless as possible for her clients. As a buyer, I will keep you updated on all the newly listed properties that fit your needs. I check the new MLS listings daily and will email the information as it becomes available. I am also excited to work with first-time homebuyers, as it is a huge milestone to become a homeowner. 

If you are a seller, I will prepare a market analysis for your home. This will help determine the best list price for the market conditions. I will make suggestions on potential projects to complete and help stage the interior. I work with a professional photographer to ensure your home is presented at its best online and in print. 

I can provide contact information for key people in the buying and selling processes. There are attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals that I work with on a regular basis.
